Tiny Pluto Beyond Neptune orbits pluto, in a tilted. Oval- shaped path that usually makes it the furthest planet from the sun. Pluto is also the smallest planet - even our Moon is bigger. Pluto is actually a large member. Uranus and Neptune are also giant planets, but they are further from the sun than Jupiter and Saturn, and much smaller. Sometimes called ice giants. Uranus and Neptune both contain chemicals that give them a distinct turquoise.
